Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dreamer Lane y Co, we want every order to feel sweet, special, and made with care. Because we are a small business and many of our pieces are limited quantity, please read our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

In original condition with tags or packaging, if applicable


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the approved amount.


Store Credit Only


At this time, returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.


Store credit will be sent via email and may be used toward a future Dreamer Lane y Co purchase.


Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


Sale items

Clearance items

Grab bags

Mystery items

Personalized or custom items

Hair accessories, bows, headbands, and clips

Holiday or seasonal items

Items purchased with a discount of 30% off or more


Exchanges


Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and contacting us about returning the original eligible item for store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Your order number

A clear photo of the item

A photo of the packaging, if damaged


We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Dreamer Lane y Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
